Roy’s business is mainly with residential customers, but also includes sports clubs and churches, while he has wide experience with communal electrics in apartment blocks.
Electrical Services provided:
✅ Fault finding and repairs: Dealing with problems such as fuses blowing, RCDs or circuit breakers tripping, physical damage to wiring.
✅ Small jobs such as changing light fittings, adding power points, security lighting, etc
✅ Larger jobs such as replacing fuse boards, partial rewires. Full rewires are out of scope unless you can provide substantial help with labouring tasks.

Selling or letting your property? Is your electrical system compliant?
Roy can provide an Electrical Installation Condition Report. This is a detailed inspection and test of the fixed wiring of a property – this may be required by letting agents or insurers, and has recently (June 2020) become a legal requirement for landlords. The law states that existing tenancies should be checked by April 1st 2021.
Roy can also perform a PAT test (Portable Appliance Test) – a safety check on electrical appliances which plug in. This is a legal requirement for landlords who provide portable appliances in furnished property.
